Full Time LVT Needed in Tacoma

Full-time (part-time also possible) licensed veterinary technician needed for a 4-doctor small animal hospital in Tacoma. Experience and current LVT status is required. Your responsibilities would include assisting the veterinarians with surgery, medical treatments and hospitalized patients as well as helping to maintain the facility. You should be experienced with venipuncture, iv catheter placement, anesthesiology, and radiology.

This is a physically demanding job, you must be able to work on your feet all day, be able to get up and down off of floors and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as computer skills.

Director duties also include responding to NOAH emergencies, fundraising, and financial oversight.
